~SOG~ Member Requirements
- SOG members must participate in all events scheduled as mandatory. You can be excused but you must give notice well before the event by e-mail. Not by AIM, MSN, ICQ or in the server, but by e-mail only. You must send the e-mail to the organizer of the event. (Usually the clan leader)
- SOG events will be announced by E-mail and then on the Website. Members should check their E-mail, and the website at regular intervals during the day, so they do not miss out on an event. Some information will be posted in the forums, but e-mail will be the primary vehicle of communication.
- If you are scheduled to be on a match team and you are a no show, and did not notify the team captain you will be reprimanded, then demoted, then dismissed from TFR on the third offense. Being a no show for a match puts the team at a disadvantage and is just pure laziness on the part of the member to not make arrangements for a replacement.
- Members should have the latest version of one of the following IM clients installed and running while online;
- America Online Instant Messenger (AIM).
- Yahoo Messenger
- All SOG Members must either already have, or must get and install a quality headset . It enhances team play, and is usually fun to get to know your clanmates on a more personal basis. This is a must have. If you have no voice comm. you will not participate in any form of match play until you are able to communicate by voice.

Code of conduct
Loyalty and Respect
SOG members are expected to be loyal, and respectful to the clan and its members, and its retired members . You will always defend and respect your clan mates. If you do not respect your clan mates then you do not respect the clan.
If there are disputes between members bring them to the leader for resolution. Do not argue over small points. You can always e-mail the leader and set up a time to discuss any matter as a group.
Do not insult or abuse your fellow members, They are to be treated with the same respect that you expect. Do not let your skill go to your head. If you think you are better, or more skilled than another member keep it to yourself. Boasting, bragging, and talking down to fellow members causes bad feelings and starts fights. and usually gets the bragger disciplined. We may all differ in rank but we all deserve the same respect from our team mates.
Dual clans/dual names
We do not tolerated dual memberships, or clan hoppers. We also do not tolerated clan shoppers. If you are not happy in SOG then resign, and look elsewhere. Any member found to be looking for another clan, or holding membership in another clan, while still a member of TFR will be stripped of all rank and dismissed without warning.
Following orders
This is the numero uno rule. If you cant follow orders during matches and practices then you are not SOG material.
Members are expected to respect rank, and leadership. Those that do not follow orders at all times will be dismissed. Orders should always be followed in practices and in matches. No matter how stupid you think they are. If you are told to stand and die, then you will stand, and die, or you will leave the clan. I am very firm on this rule. I expect members to do exactly what they are told without improvising. It is very frustrating for a squad leader to issue an order in a match or practice, only to have five people going where they feel like it. Punishment for not following orders will be swift and severe.
